Welcome to Ecclesia, a server for saved Bible believing Christians who seek fellowship with each other and to win souls. Our goal is to help iron sharpen iron with Bible studies, edifying discussions, promote sound doctrine, to assist our brethren in keeping sane against this insane world, and most importantly, to win souls. Most of us are Independent Fundamental Baptist in theology and persuasion, but anyone who is saved (i.e. believes in the same gospel as we do) may join us in fellowship.

For those who wish to be evaluated and join our fellowship, please ask any of the staff members to verify you. Please answer the questions honestly and thoroughly. Please read #bible-way-to-heaven in order to know how to get to heaven, but it would be also good if one of us may guide you and preach it unto you.

Anyone who is outside the faith may remain in the public channels if they seek to discuss and learn more about our faith, but must abide by the rules like everyone else.

1. This is first and foremost a Bible-believing Christian soulwinning fellowship server. Please keep this in mind before bringing anything that is not suitable for such a server.
"Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things." ~ Philippians 4:8

2. Do not preach a false gospel. It is fine if you disagree with us and perhaps want to argue against us, but if you are caught trying to preach to an unsaved person your false version of the gospel, you will be removed swiftly. No exceptions.
"But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed." ~Galatians 1:8-9

3. This is KJV Only server. If you really want to know why we are, please read #why-kjv. The only time you may be permitted to use non-KJV is for comparison purposes, but for other general purposes, please set the bot to KJV. There are 66 books in the Bible in total: 39 books in the Old Testament, 27 in the New Testament. The Apocrypha / Deuterocanon are NOT Scriptures.

"Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away." ~ Matthew 24:35

4. Do not hate for unbiblical reasons! While there is a time to hate (Biblical hate is permitted), the well-being of the community here is valued. Derogatory and harmful actions such as (but not limited to) verbal abuse, inappropriate nickname, name-calling, doxxing (sharing private information of other users without their express permission), flaming, threatening, harassment, denigration and racial slurs are unacceptable. Any actions perceived as violation of the rules will invoke moderation.
"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus." ~ Galatians 3:28

5. We are more serious in manner so while there is nothing wrong with humour and entertainment every now and then, please refrain from inane talk with no content or with no purpose. Simply put: keep memeing and idle chat to the minimum. Intentional spamming (i.e. vain repetitions), displaying NSFW, explicit material, and anything considered internationally illegal is prohibited.
"Let all things be done decently and in order." ~ 1 Corinthians 14:40

6. Let no corrupt communications proceed out of your mouths. This is an extension to some of the other rules here, but do not curse or use bad words or explicitives.
"Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be." ~ James 3:10

7. Request approval from staff before doing any form of advertisement. Unapproved advertising and mentions may result in an instant kick or ban.
"Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well." ~ 1 Peter 2:13-14"

8. Do not do anything that would result to a creation of a new rule. Staff has the rights to amend and add/remove from the rules. This isn't the Bible or anything so we're allowed to do this.
"Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good." ~ Romans 7:12
